Your photos are processed entirely on your device and never uploaded to any server. We have no accounts and never sell data.

1. 照片處理（核心承諾） / Photo Processing (Our Core Commitment)

當你選擇一張照片創作遊戲角色時：

照片完全在你的裝置上以本地 AI 模型轉換為卡通風格；
原始照片不會上傳到任何伺服器或雲端；
我們不會儲存原始照片；遊戲內與分享圖只使用卡通化後的結果；
卡通化結果僅保存在你的裝置上，供遊戲與分享功能使用。

When you pick a photo to create a game character: the photo is converted to a cartoon style by an on-device AI model; the original photo is never uploaded to any server or cloud; we never store the original photo; only the cartoonized result is used in-game and in share cards, and it stays on your device.

2. 我們收集的資料 / Data We Collect

本 App 不需要註冊帳號。我們僅收集以下有限資料：

崩潰診斷資料（Firebase Crashlytics）：裝置型號、作業系統版本、崩潰堆疊。用於修復錯誤，不含姓名或電郵等身分資料。
購買記錄：「移除廣告」為一次性購買，由 Google Play 處理；我們不會看到你的付款卡資料。
廣告（AdMob）：廣告服務可能使用裝置識別碼以挑選廣告，詳見 Google 隱私政策。購買「移除廣告」後不再顯示廣告。

No account is required. We collect only: crash diagnostics via Firebase Crashlytics (device model, OS version, crash stack — no personal identifiers); purchase records handled entirely by Google Play (we never see your card details); and, for ads served via AdMob, device identifiers may be used by Google to select ads (see Google's privacy policy). After purchasing "Remove Ads", no ads are shown.

3. 資料分享 / Data Sharing

我們不會出售任何個人資料。資料僅與以下服務供應商共享以維持 App 運作：Google Play（結算）、AdMob（廣告）、Firebase Crashlytics（崩潰診斷）。

We never sell personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers required to operate the app: Google Play (billing), AdMob (ads), Firebase Crashlytics (crash diagnostics).

4. 兒童隱私 / Children's Privacy

本 App 並非針對 13 歲以下兒童，我們不會故意收集兒童的個人資料。

This app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

5. 資料刪除 / Data Deletion

刪除 App 即刪除裝置上的全部遊戲資料（包括卡通化頭像）。崩潰診斷資料可透過 Firebase 控制台刪除。

Uninstalling the app deletes all game data on your device (including the cartoonized avatar). Crash diagnostics can be deleted via the Firebase console.
